2019 Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention will be held from Feb 15th - Feb 17th at Pennsylvania Convention Center. There will be tattoo artists attending from all over the globe as well as vendors and tattoo suppliers offering everything from shop necessities to the latest in merch and apparel. Must be 18+ to enter the expo. Join Our Pro-Team artist Javier Antunez, Johan Avila and featuring artist Victor Carlos Garcia
